The invention relates to a manufacturing system of a self-compacting backfill material, which comprises a plurality of stock bins respectively containing any material of brick powder, muck, glass slag and slag; the silos are used for accommodating cement or superfine slag powder (with the particle size different from that of slag) or coal ash; an additive is contained in the storage tank; a water tank containing water; materials in the stock bin are conveyed to the self-compacting backfill material production device through a conveying belt provided with a first metering device, and materials in the silo are conveyed to the self-compacting backfill material production device through a second metering device and a first discharging valve. And the admixture in the storage tank is conveyed to the water tank through the third metering device and the second emptying valve, is mixed with water in the water tank and then is conveyed to the self-compacting backfill material production device. According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the building wastes can be recycled, and the manufacturing cost of the self-compacting backfill material is reduced.
本发明为一种自密实回填料的制造系统,包括:多个料仓,分别容纳有砖粉、渣土、玻璃渣、矿渣中的任意种材料;多个筒仓,容纳有水泥或者矿渣微粉(注:与矿渣粒径不同)或者粉煤灰;储罐,容纳有外加剂;水罐,容纳有水;自密实回填料生产装置,料仓中的材料经由设置有第一计量装置的传送带而被输送至自密实回填料生产装置,筒仓中的材料经由第二计量装置以及第一放料阀而被输送至自密实回填料生产装置,储罐中的外加剂经由第三计量装置以及第二放料阀而被输送至水罐,在水罐中与水进行混合后再输送至自密实回填料生产装置。通过本发明提供的技术方案,能够对建筑废弃物实现回收利用,且降低自密实回填料的制造成本。
