The invention provides an AGV conveying device of a logistics supply chain. The AGV conveying device comprises an AGV conveying carrier, a laser navigation device, an obstacle avoidance device, a cleaning device, a detection device and a control system. The laser navigation device is arranged at the upper end of the AGV conveying carrier, the position of the laser navigation device is opposite to that of the obstacle avoidance device, and the laser navigation device is wirelessly connected with the control system; the obstacle avoidance device is arranged at the end, close to the ground, of the AGV conveying carrier, the laser obstacle avoidance device is opposite to the laser navigation device in position, and the obstacle avoidance device is wirelessly connected with the control system. The cleaning device is arranged on a chassis of the AGV conveying carrier and electrically connected with the control system. The detection device is in wireless connection with the control system, and the detection device is used for detecting dirt on a road; the obstacle avoidance device comprises two obstacle avoidance modes of laser obstacle avoidance and ultrasonic obstacle avoidance; the control system is used for calculating and analyzing data of the laser navigation device, the obstacle avoidance device and the detection device and controlling the AGV conveying carrier to move according to the data.
