Anti-clogging pervious concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of pervious concrete, in particular to anti-blocking pervious concrete and a preparation method thereof. The anti-clogging pervious concrete comprises the following substances in parts by weight: 120-150 parts of coarse aggregate; 400 to 500 parts of cement; 30 to 60 parts of fly ash; 100 to 150 parts of water; 6-8 parts of a functional auxiliary agent; 10 to 15 parts of modified particles; the modified particles are rubber powder particles with the apparent density of 550-600g/L. By adopting the technical scheme, the components of the anti-clogging pervious concrete material are optimized, the phenomenon of abrasion caused by strength reduction in long-term use of the concrete is reduced, the long-acting water permeability of the pervious concrete is improved, and meanwhile, the effective filling of the rubber powder particles is adopted, so that the anti-clogging pervious concrete material has a good anti-clogging effect. Pores formed among the aggregates are deformed to a certain extent under the action of external force, so that the long-acting water permeability of the pervious concrete is improved.
