The invention discloses a filling process raw material ratio and a preparation method for preventing ground subsidence. The filling process raw material ratio comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 25% of aggregate; the total weight of the fine materials is 10%; the total weight of the coarse material is 15%; the total weight of the bentonite is 5%; the total weight of the cement is 10%; the total weight of water is 45%; the preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, crushing raw materials such as gravel, coarse sand, raw gravels and angle sand to obtain raw materials with the particle diameter being less than 2mm; s2, screening the silty-fine sand and the stone powder to obtain a raw material which is clean, free of garbage impurities, good in grading and about 0.075 cm in particle size; s3, crushing the pebbles to obtain a pebble raw material with the particle diameter of less than 5cm; and S4, mixing the raw materials obtained in S1, S2 and S3 with bentonite, cement and water to obtain the raw material. The method is used for mine pit backfilling, the raw material bearing capacity of the filling process can be enhanced, and the ground subsidence rate can be greatly reduced.
本发明公开了一种预防地面沉陷的充填工艺原料配比及制备方法,充填工艺原料配比按重量百分比为:骨料的总重量在25%;细料总重量在10%;粗料总重在15%;膨润土总重量在5%;水泥总重量在10%;水总重量在45%;制备方法包括:S1、碎石,粗砂,原砾,角砂等原料进行破碎处理得到颗粒直径小于2毫米的原材料;S2、粉细砂以及石粉进行筛选处理得到干净无垃圾杂质,应配级良好,粒径在0.075厘米左右的原料;S3、卵石进行破碎处理得到颗粒直径小于5厘米的卵石原材料;S4、将S1、S2、S3、等到的原材料与膨润土、水泥和水混合得到原料。本发明用于矿坑回填能够增强充填工艺原料承受力,地面沉陷率会很大程度的降低。
