Ultra-high performance concrete with adjustable working time
The invention relates to the technical field of high-performance building materials, in particular to working-time-adjustable ultra-high-performance concrete which comprises 100 parts of cement, 20-30 parts of selected superfine fly ash sinking beads, 5-10 parts of silica fume, 120-150 parts of sand, 1-1.5 parts of a high-performance polycarboxylate superplasticizer, 20-30 parts of steel fibers, 0.5-2 parts of citric acid, 0.5-2 parts of phosphonobutane tricarboxylic acid and a certain amount of water. Wherein the cement, the selected superfine fly ash sinking beads and the silica fume form a cementing material in the ultra-high performance concrete. The method has the advantages that the working time of the ultra-high-performance concrete mixture is adjustable through a physical and chemical combined method, and the problem of construction quality defects caused by short working time of the ultra-high-performance concrete mixture is effectively solved.
