Rapid repair material for concrete pavement
The invention relates to the field of concrete repairing materials, and particularly discloses a rapid repairing material for a concrete pavement. The rapid repair material for the concrete pavement comprises Portland cement, quartz sand, modified polymer rubber powder, a superplasticizer, an early strength agent, an expanding agent and fly ash. The modified high-molecular rubber powder is prepared by modifying high-molecular water-soluble rubber powder with a silane coupling agent, butanetetracarboxylic acid, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and organic silicon modified acrylic resin; the preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, preparing the aggregate, S2, stirring the expanding agent and the modified polymer rubber powder in a stirrer, adding the early strength agent triethanolamine in the stirring process, and uniformly mixing with the aggregate to obtain the repair material. The rapid repairing material composition for the concrete pavement can be used for repairing the concrete pavement, and has the advantage of relatively high viscosity; in addition, the preparation method has the advantage of being easy to operate.
