The environment-friendly continuous casting tundish dry material comprises the following components in parts by weight: magnesia carbon waste bricks, magnesia, metal aluminum powder, metal silicon powder, bentonite, industrial glucose, water glass and sodium citrate. The tundish dry material is produced by using the waste magnesia carbon bricks and the magnesia with different particle sizes as raw materials, and the binding agent is added, so that the cost can be effectively reduced, the environmental pollution can be reduced, the combination of products can be promoted, and the oxidation resistance and the slag resistance can be improved.
