The nickel-zinc ferrite is prepared from nickel-zinc ferrite powder, a small material, soft resin, hard resin, a dispersing agent, a plasticizer, n-propyl acetate and isobutanol, the nickel-zinc ferrite is prepared by selecting the optimal weight ratio, in the slurry preparation process, the n-propyl acetate and the isobutanol are used as solvents, and the nickel-zinc ferrite is prepared by using a one-step method. The volatilization speed of the organic solvent can be controlled, the viscosity of the slurry is reduced through the dispersing agent to reduce the addition amount of the solvent in the slurry, the solid content of the slurry is improved, the toughness of the diaphragm quality is improved through the plasticizer, the growth of the slurry in the later sintering crystal is improved through the small material, and the compactness of the magnet is improved. The formula is combined with a specific preparation method, so that the solid phase content of the slurry is improved, the stacking density of a slurry sintering finished product is also favorably improved, a reliable high-compactness magnet is obtained after sintering, and the electrical property is favorably improved.
本发明公开一种大电流片式电感器用镍锌铁氧体,由镍锌铁氧体粉料、小料、柔态树脂、硬态树脂、分散剂、增塑剂、醋酸正丙酯和异丁醇制成,通过选取最优的重量比进行制备,在浆料制备过程中,利用酸酸正丙酯和异丁醇作为溶剂,能够控制有机溶剂的挥发速度,同时通过分散剂降低浆料的粘度来降低浆料中溶剂的加入量,也就提高了浆料的固含量,还利用增塑剂提高膜片质量的韧性,并利用小料提高浆料在后面的烧结结晶的成长,提高磁体致密性,该配方结合特定的制备方法,不仅提高浆料的固相含量,还有利于提高浆料烧结成品的堆积密度,从而在烧结后获得可靠性的高致密性磁体,有利于提高电性能。
