Fiber-reinforced refractory castable and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of refractory castable, in particular to fiber-reinforced refractory castable and a preparation method thereof. Raw materials of the fiber-reinforced refractory castable comprise a refractory castable and fibers, the fibers are at least one of metal aluminum fibers and magnesium-aluminum alloy fibers, and the mass of the fibers accounts for 0.5%-4% of the mass of the refractory castable. By adding a certain amount of metal aluminum fiber and/or magnesium aluminum alloy fiber into the refractory castable, substances such as aluminum oxide, magnesium oxide, magnesium aluminate spinel and the like are formed in situ, so that the refractory performance of the material is improved, the porosity of the material is reduced, the high-temperature breaking strength and the like of the material are greatly improved, and multiple purposes are achieved; the refractory castable is obviously superior to the existing refractory castable added with steel fibers.
