The invention discloses a preparation method of an ultrahigh-temperature ceramic modified SiC/SiC composite material, and belongs to the field of aerospace material preparation processes, the preparation method comprises the following steps: weaving third-generation SiC fibers into a SiC fiber preform, and doping ceramic powder on the surface of the SiC fiber preform to prepare a modified layer; depositing a PyC interface layer and a SiC interface layer on the SiC surface; the preparation method comprises the following steps: selecting a sintering aid, SiC ceramic powder, a polymer precursor and a solvent for dipping, then carrying out high-pressure curing and high-temperature cracking, repeating for a plurality of times, and finally carrying out high-temperature sintering to prepare the ultrahigh-temperature ceramic modified SiC/SiC composite material. The oxidation resistance of the SiC/SiC composite material at the temperature of 1400 DEG C or above can be improved.
本发明公开一种超高温陶瓷改性SiC/SiC复合材料的制备方法,属于航空航天材料制备工艺领域,通过三代SiC纤维编织成SiC纤维预制体,在其表面掺入陶瓷粉体制成改性层;在SiC表面沉积一层PyC界面层和一层SiC界面层;选用烧结助剂、SiC陶瓷粉体、聚合物前驱体和溶剂进行浸渍,再经过高压固化和高温裂解,反复进行若干次,最后进行高温烧结制备得到超高温陶瓷改性SiC/SiC复合材料。本发明能够提高SiC/SiC复合材料1400℃以上抗氧化性能。
