Plate compactor
The plate compactor comprises a driving mechanism, an eccentric roller, an upper positioning plate, a lower positioning plate and a compaction plate, the upper positioning plate, the lower positioning plate and the compaction plate are sequentially and horizontally arranged from top to bottom, a first connecting plate is arranged at the upper end of the upper positioning plate, the upper positioning plate and the lower positioning plate are connected through two second connecting plates arranged at intervals, and a rotating shaft is horizontally arranged between the two second connecting plates; the two ends of the rotating shaft are rotationally connected with the two second connecting plates correspondingly, the rotating shaft is sleeved with the eccentric roller, a first notch is formed in the middle of the lower positioning plate, the eccentric roller penetrates through the first notch and abuts against the upper end of the tamping plate in a sliding mode, a plurality of sleeves vertically penetrating through the lower positioning plate are arranged on the lower positioning plate at intervals, and limiting rods are coaxially arranged in the sleeves in a sliding mode. The limiting rod is connected with the upper end of the tamping plate, the lower positioning plate and the tamping plate are connected through a vertically telescopic elastic assembly, and the driving mechanism is arranged on the upper positioning plate and is in driving connection with the rotating shaft. The ramming plate and the driving mechanism are arranged separately, and vibration of the ramming plate to the driving mechanism in the using process is avoided.
本发明公开了一种平板夯,包括驱动机构、偏心辊以及由上至下依次水平设置的上定位板、下定位板和夯板,上定位板上端设有第一连接板,上定位板和下定位板通过两块间隔设置的第二连接板连接,两块第二连接板之间水平设有转轴,转轴的两端分别两块第二连接板转动连接,偏心辊套设在转轴上,下定位板的中部设有第一缺口,偏心辊穿过第一缺口并与夯板的上端可滑动的抵触,下定位板上间隔设有多根竖直贯穿其的套筒,套筒内同轴可滑动的设有限位杆,限位杆与夯板上端连接,下定位板和夯板之间通过竖直伸缩的弹性组件连接,驱动机构设置在上定位板上并与转轴驱动连接。本发明提供一种将夯板和驱动机构分离设置,避免夯板使用过程中对驱动机构的振动。
