The invention discloses a road anti-collision height limiting frame which comprises two supporting connecting mechanisms, two limiting rods and a buffering mechanism, the top of each supporting connecting mechanism is provided with a first sliding groove, the bottom of each limiting rod is fixedly connected with a first sliding block, and the bottom of each first sliding block is fixedly connected with a second sliding groove. The first sliding blocks are slidably connected with the supporting and connecting mechanisms in the first sliding grooves, a plurality of evenly-distributed buffering springs are detachably connected between the two limiting rods, and the number of the buffering mechanisms is two. Under the condition of fatigue driving or low visibility of a driver, if the driver collides with the device, a plurality of groups of barrier plates and transverse barrier rods in the buffer mechanism are used for preventing an over-high vehicle from moving forwards, so that the kinetic energy of the over-high vehicle can be reduced in batches, violent collision is avoided, reaction time can be provided for the driver, and the driving safety of the driver is improved. A driver can timely step on a brake, the damage degree of an ultrahigh vehicle is reduced, and the personal safety of the driver is guaranteed.
