The invention relates to a construction method for reinforcing hydraulic structure foundation soil, which comprises the following steps of: firstly, acquiring data of a to-be-constructed area, and cleaning a construction site; calculating the bearing capacity of the foundation in the to-be-constructed area; selecting each group of piling hole positions on the base soil body; selecting pile length; punching is conducted till the design depth requirement is met; the casing pipe is sunk into soil, the selected pile is placed into the casing pipe, then gravel is fed into the casing pipe, and the casing pipe is kept to be perpendicular to the foundation surface; and after the bottom end of the sleeve is separated from the hole site, gravel is laid on the pile top, and a road roller is used for repeatedly rolling for multiple times. According to the method, the pile length is reasonably selected, the cost can be saved, the stability of the foundation can be improved, in addition, the reinforcing effect is effectively improved through the double reinforcing modes, the method is easy to operate and construct, earthwork does not need to be excavated, the reinforcing anti-seepage effect is good, large machines cannot be used, the construction period is short, and the construction cost is reduced.
