The invention provides a shear key device and method for shear resistance of a squeezed branch pile disc body. The shear key device comprises a first shear table, a second shear table and a plurality of steel plate assemblies. The top surface of the first shear table and the top surface of the second shear table are coaxial and opposite; the steel plate assembly is a structural part with hinge points arranged at the two ends and in the middle, one end of the steel plate assembly is hinged to the bottom face of the first shear table, and the other end of the steel plate assembly is hinged to the bottom face of the second shear table. The shear keys are arranged on the plate body of the squeezing and expanding branch plate pile, a rigid framework of plate body concrete can be formed, the vertical shear force effect is jointly resisted, and shear damage to the plate body is avoided; meanwhile, the improvement of the shear bearing capacity can further increase the disc ring width and the disc height, improve the disc end force and the pile foundation bearing capacity, reduce the pile length, and achieve the purposes of safety, reliability, building material saving, construction cost saving, low carbon and environmental protection.
本发明提供了一种用于挤扩支盘桩盘体抗剪的剪力键装置及方法,包括第一剪力台、第二剪力台和若干个钢板组件;第一剪力台的顶面与第二剪力台的顶面同轴且相对;所述钢板组件为两端和中间均设置有铰接点的结构件,钢板组件的一端与第一剪力台的底面铰接,钢板组件的另一端与第二剪力台的底面铰接;通过对挤扩支盘桩盘体设置剪力键,可以形成盘体混凝土的刚性骨架,共同抵抗竖向剪力作用,避免盘体剪切破坏;同时抗剪承载力的提高可以进一步增加盘环宽和盘高,提高盘端力及桩基承载力,减小桩长,达到安全可靠、节约建材、节省造价、低碳环保目的。
