The invention relates to improvement of a foundation pit slope rock-soil body supporting technology, in particular to a novel triangular hanging net resistance-increasing anchor rod supporting device and a construction method, which can effectively reduce the porosity of a foundation pit slope soil body, reduce the compressibility, increase the compactness and improve the bearing capacity and uplift bearing capacity of the soil body. The triangular net hanging anchor rods and a slope soil body form a compact and high-strength composite body; the elongation rate and the uplift bearing capacity of the anchor rod are effectively improved, damage caused by displacement deformation of a large soil body can be borne, and the slope stability is improved; which comprises an outer-layer anchor rod and is characterized in that a conical head is arranged at the bottom of the outer-layer anchor rod, the diameter of the conical head is larger than that of the outer-layer anchor rod, and a first resistance increasing device is arranged on the side wall of the outer-layer anchor rod; the inner-layer anchor rod is inserted into the outer-layer anchor rod through the limiting disc and is in sliding fit with the outer-layer anchor rod, the diameter of the outer-layer anchor rod is larger than that of the inner-layer anchor rod, and the outer-layer anchor rod and the inner-layer anchor rod are each of a hollow structure.
