According to the rock stratum unbonded pressure-bearing type self-locking cone type prestress anti-floating anchor rod and the construction method thereof, firstly, construction paying-off is conducted on a salt city through a construction drawing, then drilling is conducted at a selected position, after drilling is conducted, the interior of a hole is cleaned, then the anchor rod and a base plate can be installed, supporting steel bars are implanted, and grouting can be conducted; and finally, by installing a guardrail, preventing external personnel from entering a construction area, ensuring that the rod head of the self-locking cone type anti-floating anchor rod is not touched, and improving the construction quality, the construction method is optimized, the anchor rod is prevented from being separated from concrete, some conditions such as weak intercalated layers can be effectively handled, the structural strength of a construction structure is improved, and the construction cost is reduced. Therefore, the stability and the safety of the whole anchor rod structure are ensured.
本发明提出了岩层无粘结承压型自锁锥式预应力抗浮锚杆及其施工方法,首先通过施工图纸在盐城上进行施工放线,然后通过选定的位置进行钻孔,钻孔之后,对孔内进行清理,然后即可安装锚杆、安装垫板、植入支撑钢筋,然后即可进行灌浆,最后,通过安装护栏,防止外部人员进入施工区域,保证自锁锥式抗浮锚杆的杆头不被碰动,提高施工质量,本发明通过对施工方法的优化、防止锚杆与混凝土脱离,能够有效应对一些软弱夹层等情况,提升施工结构的结构强度,从而保证了整体锚杆结构的稳定性与安全性。
