The shallow-buried bias pressure tunnel portal slope protection structure comprises a first steel pipe and a second steel pipe which are inserted into one side of a formwork in a penetrating mode, the first steel pipe and one end of the first steel pipe are connected through threads, meanwhile, a feeding port is formed in one end of the second steel pipe in a penetrating mode, and a flow guide pipe and a first extension pipe are sequentially arranged on one side of an inner cavity of the feeding port; an inner cavity of the first steel pipe is of a hollow structure, a second extension pipe is arranged in the inner cavity of the first steel pipe, and the second extension pipe is connected with one end of the first extension pipe in a telescopic mode so that the second extension pipe can control and guide the slurry injection direction. Meanwhile, the second extension pipe and the first extension pipe which are arranged in the first steel pipe and the second steel pipe can guide the injection of the slurry, and the first discharge hole is prevented from being blocked through the telescopic block.
