The invention provides an adjusting device for an iron tower foundation embedded part. The adjusting device comprises a pair of oppositely-arranged supporting frames, a plurality of hoisting assemblies and a plurality of leveling assemblies. The two support frames are respectively erected on the ground around a foundation pit; the top beam is detachably connected to the tops of the two supporting frames. The multiple hoisting assemblies are arranged at the bottom of the top beam in a sliding mode in the axial direction of the top beam, and each hoisting assembly is provided with a connector capable of stretching out and drawing back up and down; the multiple leveling assemblies correspond to the hoisting assemblies one to one and are connected to the corresponding connectors, and the leveling assemblies are detachably connected with the embedded parts. According to the adjusting device for the iron tower foundation embedded parts, the extension length of the hoisting assemblies is controllable, and the equal height of the multiple embedded parts is achieved by controlling the extension length of each hoisting assembly; when the embedded part is lifted by the lifting assembly, the embedded part cannot deviate, repeated confirmation of operators is not needed, and the labor intensity of workers is reduced.
