The technical problems that existing equipment cannot clean deep sludge, and a sludge pump is prone to being blocked by garbage in a sludge layer are solved. According to the technical scheme, the movable river and lake desilting and dredging sludge treatment device comprises a containing shell; the containing shell is symmetrically and fixedly connected with sludge collecting pipes, the upper ends of the sludge collecting pipes are connected with a sludge pump, the upper end of the sludge pump is connected with a sludge conveying pipeline, a first rotating rod is rotationally connected into the containing shell, the first rotating rod is fixedly connected with a blade, and a first driving part is fixedly connected into the containing shell; an output shaft of the first driving piece and the first rotating rod are in transmission through a belt wheel and a belt. The first driving piece drives the blade to rotate to cut large sludge in the middle of a sludge layer, and a sludge pump can conveniently extract the sludge; and garbage in the sludge is filtered and collected through the garbage separation mechanism and the broken stone separation mechanism.
