The invention provides a fabricated internally-cast externally-hung bay window which comprises a bay window body used for being installed on a building and further comprises a plurality of reserved connecting rods which are symmetrically distributed on the building, and clamping grooves are formed in the ends, away from the building, of the reserved connecting rods; the multiple connecting columns are symmetrically distributed on the bay window body and used for being arranged outside the reserved connecting rods in a sleeving mode; the clamping block is arranged in the connecting column and used for being matched with the clamping groove in an inserted mode. According to the bay window, the reserved connecting rod is arranged on the building in advance, the connecting column arranged on the reserved connecting rod in a sleeving mode is arranged on the bay window body, the clamping block is inserted into the clamping groove, clamping of the clamping block and the clamping groove is achieved through the stirring piece, and therefore the bay window body can be rapidly installed; and meanwhile, through clamping of the clamping blocks and the clamping grooves, the structural stability of the mounted bay window body is guaranteed, and follow-up construction is facilitated.
