Detachable assembly type concrete frame structure system
The invention provides a fabricated concrete frame structure system which comprises concrete columns with beam ends, prefabricated concrete beams, hollow floor slabs and replaceable energy consumption devices. The two ends of the replaceable energy dissipation device are fixed between the concrete column with the beam end and the prefabricated concrete beam. The replaceable energy consumption device comprises perforated H-shaped steel, and the two ends of the perforated H-shaped steel are fixedly connected with vertical end plates correspondingly. Horizontal dumbbell-shaped steel plates are respectively arranged on the upper flange and the lower flange of the perforated H-shaped steel; the dumbbell-shaped steel plate is narrow in the middle and wide in two ends, and the two ends of the dumbbell-shaped steel plate are connected with upper and lower first threaded sleeves of the prefabricated concrete beam. The inner side face of the middle part of the dumbbell-shaped steel plate is located at the holed H-shaped steel, the two sides of the middle part are filled with filling plates respectively, and the outer side face of the middle part is provided with a restraining plate. The post-earthquake recoverable function of the beam-column joint of the fabricated concrete frame structure is achieved, the post-earthquake repair time of the structure is saved, and the earthquake loss of the fabricated concrete frame structure is reduced.
本发明提出装配式混凝土框架结构体系,包括带梁端混凝土柱、预制混凝土梁、空心的楼板,可更换耗能装置;可更换耗能装置两端固定在带梁端混凝土柱、预制混凝土梁之间;可更换耗能装置包括开孔H型钢,开孔H型钢的两端分别固定连接竖直的端板;开孔H型钢的上、下翼缘分别设有水平的哑铃型钢板;哑铃型钢板中间部分窄、两端宽,哑铃型钢板的两端与预制混凝土梁上下第一螺纹套筒连接;哑铃型钢板的中间部分内侧面位于开孔H型钢处,中间部分两边分别填充有填充板,中间部分的外侧面设有约束板。本发明实现了装配式混凝土框架结构梁柱节点的震后可恢复功能,节省了结构震后修复时间,减少了装配式混凝土框架结构地震损失。
