Composite polyurethane sandwich pressure plate
The invention discloses a composite polyurethane sandwich pressure plate, and belongs to the field of polyurethane plates. A composite polyurethane sandwich pressure plate comprises a polyurethane sandwich pressure plate body and an installation component. The polyurethane sandwich pressure plate comprises a metal support arranged in the polyurethane sandwich pressure plate, metal plates arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the polyurethane sandwich pressure plate, and auxiliary mounting plates arranged on the two sides of the metal support. The installation component comprises a main rod, a clamping plate hinged to one end of the main rod and a reset spring connected between the main rod and the clamping plate. The mounting component is fixedly arranged on the mounting auxiliary plate on one side; and a clamping groove matched with the mounting component is formed in the mounting auxiliary plate on the other side. When the pressure plate is vertically mounted, potential safety hazards caused by shaking of the pressure plate can be reduced through meshing of the mounting components and the clamping grooves, so that polystyrene foam is more conveniently injected into the formed splicing grooves to achieve tight connection, and the tightness is improved.
