A gear is arranged below the toothed plate and installed on a rotating shaft, the rotating shaft is rotationally installed on a rotating shaft support, a locking seat is installed on the side wall of the rotating shaft support, the rotating shaft penetrates through the locking seat, a locking ring is rotationally installed on the locking seat, an arc-shaped groove is formed in the inner wall of the locking ring, and a locking assembly is arranged on the locking seat.
