The invention relates to the technical field of waterproofing and heat insulation of roofs, in particular to a waterproofing and heat insulation method of a concrete roof, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) cleaning the roof; (2) prime coat; (3) waterproof glue treatment; (4) waterproof coating treatment; (5) reflective heat insulation coating treatment; and (6) transparent floor paint treatment. The waterproof glue, the waterproof coating, the reflective heat insulation coating and the transparent floor paint can form a whole, the layers are firmly bonded without separation and layering, good waterproof and heat insulation effects are achieved, a concrete surface can be protected from cracking easily, meanwhile, water leakage points can be conveniently confirmed, the leakage repairing and maintaining difficulty is reduced, the water leakage points are locally repaired, and the maintaining cost is reduced.
