The invention discloses a floor support plate moving and transporting device which is used for moving and transporting a floor support plate on steel beams and comprises a supporting assembly used for supporting the floor support plate and at least spanning two adjacent steel beams; the multiple moving assemblies are at least arranged on the two sides of the lower portion of the supporting assembly, are supported by the steel beams correspondingly and can move in the extending direction of the steel beams; and the limiting assembly is used for limiting the supporting assembly or the moving assembly so that the moving assembly can be kept on the steel beam. According to the floor support plate moving and transporting device, the floor support plate can be conveniently moved and transported, and construction safety is guaranteed.
