The device is easy to manufacture and low in cost, and can be manufactured by using materials nearby according to actual conditions; the use range can be adjusted, the device can be used when the distances between the upper and lower steel column lifting lugs are different, and the flexibility is high; the end part of the Z-shaped workpiece is provided with limiting teeth, so that the Z-shaped workpiece can be effectively prevented from sliding out and falling off when the jack acts; and the adjusting device is light in weight, convenient for operators to carry and correct the steel column, and high in practicability.
