The invention belongs to the field of wall grouting, and particularly relates to a grouting reinforcement auxiliary device which comprises a base. The top surface of the fixed seat is fixedly connected with a pair of first telescopic rods; the top surface of a piston rod of the first telescopic rod is fixedly connected with a connecting seat; one end of the connecting seat is connected with a pair of supporting rods in a sliding manner; the ends, close to the connecting base, of the tops of the two supporting rods are fixedly connected with second telescopic rods. When a crack occurs in a wall, a worker firstly places the wall crack filling device on the surface of the wall needing to be filled, then the first telescopic rod is started through an external power source, the first telescopic rod drives the connecting base to ascend to a proper height, at the moment, the worker needs to adjust the distance between the supporting rods, and then the wall crack is filled. The two pressing plates are located on the two sides of the crack correspondingly, then the second telescopic rods are started through an external power source to press the pressing plates to the wall face, and therefore the completeness of the wall face can be guaranteed when a worker conducts drilling and grouting on the wall face.
