The invention relates to a roller type conveying device and a stereo garage, and the roller type conveying device comprises a first chain, a first transmission shaft, a first chain wheel and a plurality of first rollers. According to the embodiment of the invention, the automobile is driven by the first rollers, and the first rollers of the first shaft body and the first rollers of the second shaft body are staggered in the axial direction, so that a gap between the adjacent first shaft body and second shaft body cannot form a large fall; therefore, a tire of an automobile can smoothly transit between the first shaft body and the second shaft body. Compared with a roller way transmission mode in the prior art, the situation that in the transportation process of automobiles in the prior art, tires of the automobiles topple back and forth continuously in gaps between the roller ways, and consequently dangers occur is avoided. Meanwhile, compared with a roller way mode, the mode that the first rolling wheels are arranged on the first transmission shaft at intervals is adopted, more material cost is saved, and the first transmission shaft does not need to be fully paved.
