The intelligent door and window comprises a window frame, a window sash is hinged to the lower position of the left side of the window frame, an adjusting roller is installed in the inner position of the bottom of the window frame in an embedded bearing mode, an adjusting groove is formed in the outer side of the adjusting roller, and an adjusting rod is placed in the adjusting groove; the middle of the adjusting rod is slidably installed at the position of a cavity in the bottom of the window frame in a limited mode, one end of the adjusting roller is sleeved with a positioning sleeve, the guide rod is sleeved with the left side of the positioning sleeve, the cleaning base is located on the outer side of the window sash, and a water tank, a water guide roller and a cleaning roller are arranged in the cleaning base from top to bottom. The end of the water guide roller is connected with a gear, a water through hole is formed in the position between the bottom of the water tank and the water guide roller, and the top of the cleaning base is connected with a limiting head through a high-strength nylon wire.
