The invention discloses an improved movable climbing ladder which comprises a frame body, a plurality of universal wheels, a connecting mechanism, a driving mechanism and a limiting mechanism, the connecting mechanism, the driving mechanism and the limiting mechanism are arranged in the frame body, the connecting mechanism is connected with the universal wheels, and the limiting mechanism is detachably connected with the connecting mechanism and used for pressing and abutting against the connecting mechanism. The connecting mechanism drives the universal wheels to move to the bottom of the frame body and drives the frame body to move; the driving mechanism is in driving connection with the limiting mechanism and is used for driving the limiting mechanism to be far away from the connecting mechanism, so that the connecting mechanism retracts the universal wheels into the frame body through the downward pressing gravity of the frame body; the driving mechanism is further used for supporting the frame body and driving the limiting mechanism to abut against the connecting mechanism so that the universal wheels can move to the bottom of the frame body.
