According to the temperature control system of the nucleic acid sampling pavilion, the internal temperature of the machine body can be controlled through the arrangement of the control device, when the internal temperature rises, carbon dioxide gas in the closed box expands, and then the gas pushes a piston to move rightwards through expansion of the internal gas; and through internal transmission, the baffle moves downwards to open the air inlet, and then cold air in the cold air box enters the interior of the machine body through the connecting pipe to cool the machine body.
