Carbon dioxide capture treatment system and CO2 negative emission factory
The present invention provides a carbon dioxide capture processing system comprising a carbon dioxide concentrated mixed gas generation device having a separation membrane, a carbon dioxide conversion device, a final processing device, and a carbon dioxide direct capture device. Increasing the concentration of carbon dioxide in the introduced mixed gas to generate a carbon dioxide concentrated mixed gas; the carbon dioxide conversion device is used for converting carbon dioxide in the concentrated mixed gas received from the carbon dioxide concentrated mixed gas generation device into a chemical stable compound; the final treatment device is provided with an adsorbent and separates carbon dioxide from other gas components by adsorbing the carbon dioxide with the adsorbent. The direct carbon dioxide capture device introduces air contained in the surrounding environment and supplies the air to the final processing device of the carbon dioxide capture processing system or to the upstream side of the final processing device. In a carbon dioxide capture treatment system, all carbon dioxide generated in a plant is treated in the plant without being discharged to the outside of the plant, and air contained in the surrounding environment is introduced and treated in the same manner as the gas discharged from the plant, so that the carbon dioxide is not discharged to the outside of the plant. Therefore, the emission of carbon dioxide from the factory to the outside can be made negative.
本发明提供二氧化碳捕获处理系统,其包含二氧化碳浓缩混合气体生成装置、二氧化碳转化装置、最终处理装置、以及二氧化碳直接捕获装置,其中,二氧化碳浓缩混合气体生成装置具有分离膜,提高所导入的混合气体中的二氧化碳浓度而生成二氧化碳浓缩混合气体;二氧化碳转化装置将从二氧化碳浓缩混合气体生成装置接取的浓缩混合气体中的二氧化碳转化成化学稳定的化合物;最终处理装置具备吸附材料,通过利用吸附材料吸附二氧化碳而将该二氧化碳与其它气体成分分离;二氧化碳直接捕获装置将周围环境中所含的空气导入,并供给至二氧化碳捕获处理系统的最终处理装置或该最终处理装置的上游侧。在二氧化碳捕获处理系统中,在工厂内生成的二氧化碳会全部在工厂内被处理,而不会被排出至工厂的外部,另外,由于将周围环境中所含的空气导入并进行与工厂中的排出气体同样的处理,因此能够使从工厂向外部的二氧化碳的排出成为负值。
