Lithium ion conductive garnet-type oxide
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an oxide-based solid electrolyte having high lithium ion conductivity. The present invention is a lithium ion conductive garnet-type oxide containing Li, La, Ga, Zr, a halogen element, and oxygen, and having a lithium ion conductivity at room temperature of 1.0 * 10 <-3 > S/cm or more. The ratio of Ga to 1 mol of the oxide is preferably 0.5 mol or less. In addition, the halogen element is at least one element selected from the group consisting of Cl, Br, and I, and the ratio of Li to 1 mol of the oxide is preferably 6.1 mol or more and less than 6.5 mol.
