Medical device for extracorporeal blood treatment
A medical device is known, comprising a housing component, a cover and a pivot bearing device, by means of which the cover is mounted on the housing component and is pivotably movable relative to the housing component about a pivot axis, wherein the cover is pivotably movable at least between a covering position, in which the cover covers the housing component, and a release position, in which the cover releases the housing component, and wherein the pivot bearing arrangement has at least two pivot bearings arranged spaced apart from each other along a pivot axis. According to the invention, the pivot bearings each have a support element and a support element receptacle, the support element engaging in the respective support element receptacle and being pivotable relative to the support element receptacle about a pivot axis and being linearly movable to a limited extent along the pivot axis, the cover is displaceable in a linearly movable manner along a pivot axis relative to the housing member between a removal position, in which at least one of the bearing elements is disengaged from the respective bearing element receptacle, and a bearing position, in which at least one of the bearing elements is disengaged from the respective bearing element receptacle. The cover has a bearing position, in which the two bearing elements engage with the respective bearing element receptacles, and wherein a spring device is provided, by means of which the cover is elastically supported along the pivot axis and is elastically preloaded relative to the housing component in the direction of the bearing position. The invention also relates to the use in extracorporeal blood treatment.
