According to the C50 desert sand concrete and the mix proportion design method thereof, the distribution coefficient in a Dinger-Funk model is taken to be 0.25, the theoretical gradation after desert sand and river sand are mixed is obtained, the theoretical gradation and the grain gradation of the desert sand and the river sand are planned and solved, the gradation after mixing is the same as the theoretical gradation, the mass ratio of the desert sand to the river sand is obtained, and the mixing proportion of the desert sand and the river sand is calculated. The distribution coefficient is taken as 0.63 in the same mode, and the mass ratio of the mixed sand to the gravel is planned and solved; selecting the thickness of the mortar wrapping the coarse aggregate according to the target slump, further combining with the related characteristics of the gravel to solve the mass of the gravel in the single-cubic concrete, and then solving the mass of the desert sand and the river sand; and calculating the mass of a cementing material and water in the concrete per cubic meter according to the target strength, carrying out a slump test by utilizing the data, and selecting the dosage of a water reducing agent according to the target slump, so that the design of the C50 desert sand concrete mix proportion can be completed.
本发明一种C50沙漠砂混凝土及其配合比设计方法,先取Dinger‑Funk模型中分布系数为0.25,得到沙漠砂和河砂混合后的理论级配,将其与沙漠砂和河砂颗粒级配规划求解,使混合后的级配与该理论级配相同,得到沙漠砂和河砂的质量比,按同样方式取分布系数为0.63,规划求解出混合砂和碎石的质量比;根据目标坍落度选包裹粗骨料砂浆厚度,进一步结合碎石的相关特征求出单方混凝土中碎石质量,再求出沙漠砂和河砂质量;根据目标强度计算单方混凝土中胶凝材料和水的质量,利用这些数据进行坍落度试验,根据目标坍落度选取减水剂用量,即可完成C50沙漠砂混凝土配合比的设计。
