The invention provides a multi-component A-grade fireproof facing layer material which comprises the following raw materials: a component A, a component B and a component C in a mass ratio of 1: (1.5-2.5): (0.5-1), and the component A comprises the following raw materials: 35-60 parts of tap water, 30-40 parts of magnesium sulfate, 0.2-1 part of a modifier and 0.2-1 part of a retarder; the component B comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-70 parts of magnesium oxide, 40-50 parts of calcium carbonate, 30-40 parts of silica fume, 10-20 parts of talcum powder and 0.5-1 part of cellulose; the component C is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of emulsion, 0.5-1 part of a dispersing agent, 0.5-1 part of a defoaming agent and 1-2 parts of a coalescing agent. The multi-component A-grade fireproof facing layer material can be used for preparing an A-grade fireproof plate, and the A-grade fireproof plate comprises a base material layer and a fireproof facing layer prepared from the multi-component A-grade fireproof facing layer material. In the grade-A fireproof board provided by the invention, the content of inorganic matters in the fireproof facing layer material is 80-90%, and the grade-A fireproof board is high in fireproof grade and low in formaldehyde emission; the organic gel is added into an inorganic gelling system to promote formation of a stable surface layer texture feeling, and an excellent decorative effect is achieved.
