The invention discloses an antifouling wear-resistant coating for inorganic artificial stone surface protection and a preparation and use method thereof, and solves the problems that in the prior art, artificial stone plate surface methods mostly adopt fine polishing or anti-permeability sealing agents such as crystallization paste and a glaze sealing agent, the labor and time cost is high, and the service life is long. And a protective substance on the surface layer is relatively poor in wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The coating comprises 50-80% of a silicate solution, 0.5-5% of a silane coupling agent, 20-30% of distilled water, 0.01-0.5% of an antifoaming agent, 0.05-0.1% of a leveling agent and 0.5-3% of a water repellent. The artificial stone plate has flexibility of organic matters and high mechanical strength of inorganic matters, so that the artificial stone plate has longer service life.
本发明公开了一种用于无机人造石表面防护的防污耐磨涂层及其制备和使用方法,解决了现有技术中人造石板材表面方法大多采用精抛或者是结晶膏和封釉剂等抗渗封闭剂,存在人工、时间成本高,以及表层防护物质耐磨性和抗腐蚀性较差的技术问题。它包括硅酸盐溶液50‑80%,硅烷偶联剂0.5‑5%,蒸馏水20‑30%,消泡剂0.01‑0.5%,流平剂0.05‑0.1%,憎水剂0.5‑3%。本发明兼具有机物的柔韧性以及无机物的高机械强度,从而赋予其在人造石板材上更长久的使用寿命。
