The invention discloses a concrete defect repairing device which comprises a box body, a dust removal box is fixedly connected to the right side face of the box body, a moving mechanism is installed on the box body and the dust removal box, and a dust removal mechanism is installed on the dust removal box; a feeding pipe, a discharging pipe and a speed changer are installed on the box body, an auger is arranged in the discharging pipe, a shaft rod is installed on the box body in a penetrating mode and rotationally connected with the box body, the lower end of the shaft rod is fixedly connected with the speed changer, and a grinding mechanism is installed on an output shaft of the speed changer. A driving mechanism is mounted on the top surface of the box body, and a plurality of stirring rods are mounted on the part, located in the box body, of the shaft rod. Concrete raw materials are conveniently stirred and mixed, meanwhile, the ground is polished, and after polishing is completed, concrete pouring is conducted through a discharging pipe, so that repairing operation of a concrete pavement is completed; compared with the prior art, the working efficiency is improved, and the labor intensity of workers is reduced.
