A discharging pipe is further mounted on the tricycle body and is opposite to the lower part of the discharging hole; the discharging propeller is rotationally installed in the storage bin, the bottom of the discharging propeller penetrates through the bottom of the tricycle body and then is installed on the discharging gear, and the discharging propeller is in transmission connection with a chain of the tricycle body; the amplitude fixing sleeve is installed on the tricycle body, and amplitude fixing idler wheels are rotationally installed at the two ends of the amplitude fixing sleeve. According to the traffic marking line drawing device provided by the invention, the tricycle body is abutted between the curbs by utilizing the amplitude fixing sleeve, and then the tricycle body is ridden to discharge materials and draw the marking line.
