Bridge full-life support
The invention discloses a bridge full-life support which is of a steel roll shaft support structure and comprises a plurality of roll shafts arranged side by side, a bottom plate arranged on the bottom sides of the roll shafts and a top plate arranged on the top sides of the roll shafts. The plurality of roll shafts can perform synchronous rolling displacement along a set rolling direction between the rolling surfaces of the bottom plate and the top plate; the steel roll shaft support is arranged in a supporting structure of a bridge, and the rolling direction of the roll shaft is matched with the longitudinal length direction of the bridge body through a non-parallel included angle structure. According to the invention, a pair of steel roll shaft supports can simultaneously meet two-direction displacement corresponding to the longitudinal length direction and the transverse width direction of a bridge body, and the steel roll shaft supports are reliable and flexible.
本发明公开了一种桥梁全寿命支座,所述全寿命支座为钢辊轴支座结构,包括多根并排排布的辊轴,以及排布于所述辊轴底侧处的底板和顶侧处的顶板,多根辊轴在所述底板与所述顶板的滚动面之间能够沿着设定滚动方向进行同步滚动位移;所述钢辊轴支座在桥梁的支承结构中,辊轴的滚动方向,与梁体的桥梁纵长方向之间以非平行的夹角结构配合。本发明使一副钢辊轴支座能够同时满足对应于梁体的桥梁纵长方向和桥梁横宽方向的双方向位移,可靠、灵活。
