An angle and length adjustable supporting structure for a cast-in-place beam construction box girder inner formwork comprises a bottom frame (1) placed in the box girder inner formwork, one or more bearing columns (2) are installed in the bottom frame (1), and one or more supporting rod assemblies (3) capable of adjusting the supporting angle are installed outside the bearing columns (2). The construction technology of on-site integral installation and use is adopted, the situation that independent small components are transported into an inner formwork to be assembled on site in the early stage like traditional construction is not needed, the situation that a supporting system is dismantled into the independent small components to be transported out of the inner formwork like traditional construction is not needed in the later stage, and the supporting system can be used only through simple angle adjustment and length adjustment; the construction steps of dismantling and reshipment are extremely simple, the efficiency is high, and the construction speed of the concrete cast-in-place box girder is increased.
