The invention discloses a slurry expansion device based on flow guide of telescopic floral tubes and a construction method, the slurry expansion device comprises a hollow anchor rod, the outer wall of the hollow anchor rod is provided with a plurality of telescopic floral tubes along the radial direction, and the telescopic floral tubes are communicated with a center hole of the hollow anchor rod; a center hole of the hollow anchor rod is communicated with a hydraulic grouting machine through a grouting pipe; a grout stopping plug used for stopping grout is arranged at the joint of the hollow anchor rod and the telescopic floral tube. Magnetic mortar is injected into holes around the anchor rod in a larger range through the telescopic floral tube under the action of an external hydraulic machine, the extensible floral tube is innovatively adopted by the device to expand the grouting range of the single anchor rod and expand the working face of slurry expansion, and meanwhile time can be saved; and by innovatively utilizing the scalability of the floral tube, the grouting range is extended on a plane, and grout filling is more sufficient and comprehensive.
