The invention provides a construction method of a steel sheet pile cofferdam under complex marine environment conditions, which comprises the following steps: firstly, connecting steel casings at four corners, and respectively mounting brackets on the steel casings at the four corners; corbels are used as supports, four layers of supporting structures are sequentially assembled from bottom to top, and an inner supporting and hanging system is installed; the supporting structure is hoisted, and the bracket is dismantled; the supporting structure is lowered, and steel sheet piles are inserted and driven to be closed; mud suction operation is conducted, and meanwhile the supporting structure is lowered to the designed elevation; mud is sucked to the bottom design elevation of the bottom sealing concrete, and the bottom sealing concrete is poured; water is pumped in the cofferdam, then a steel casing is cut off, and a pile head is cleaned; and the bearing platform is poured, the supporting structures are gradually dismantled, and after the lowest supporting structure is dismantled, the steel sheet piles are pulled out. According to the method, the problem of steel sheet pile cofferdam construction under the complex marine environment conditions with high wind, high waves and typhoons is solved, meanwhile, the construction sequence of inner support lowering and water pumping combination is adopted, the buried depth of the steel sheet piles can be reduced, and the economical efficiency of the steel sheet piles is improved.
