The invention discloses an offshore wind turbine generator composite column pile foundation single-pile foundation and a construction method thereof. The foundation comprises a connecting flange, a first straight-section single-pile structure, a reducing-section single-pile structure, a second straight-section single-pile structure, a composite column single-pile structure and a third straight-section single-pile structure which are sequentially connected along the same central axis from top to bottom. Wherein the first straight-section single-pile structure is arranged on the sea level, the second straight-section single-pile structure is arranged on the seabed mud surface, and the diameter of the first straight-section single-pile structure is smaller than that of the second straight-section single-pile structure; the horizontal, vertical and anti-bending bearing capacity is enhanced while the weight of a single pile foundation is not increased, the overall structural rigidity of a pile body is improved, the diameter of the foundation on the water surface is reduced, the wave acting force near the water surface is reduced, the control effect on horizontal displacement is enhanced, and the bearing performance of the foundation is improved; and meanwhile, the single-pile foundation effectively solves the problem of construction and installation of a super-large-diameter single pile, and has better economic benefits and application prospects.
