The invention relates to a drainage device and bathroom equipment. The drainage device comprises a flushing mechanism, a first control valve, an overflow valve and a second control valve. The flushing mechanism is provided with a driving cavity with variable space size and a driven cavity with variable space size; when the space of the driving cavity is expanded, the driving cavity enables the driven cavity to be compressed through transmission, the space becomes small, and the space variation of the driven cavity is larger than that of the driving cavity. The first control valve has a through-flow state enabling the liquid injection flow channel of the driving cavity to be opened and a cut-off state enabling the liquid injection flow channel of the driving cavity to be closed. The overflow valve is connected between the driving cavity and the driven cavity and used for isolating the driven cavity from the driving cavity in the through-flow state and communicating the driven cavity with the driving cavity in the cut-off state. And the second control valve is used for controlling the on-off of the liquid supplementing flow channel of the driven cavity according to the liquid level height in the driven cavity. After the driven cavity completes fluid supplement, the drainage device can conduct next drainage operation, and circulating operation of the drainage device is achieved.
