The invention discloses an anti-leakage outdoor wallboard and a production process thereof. The process comprises the following steps: carrying out deep anti-corrosion treatment on a base material by adopting a CA anti-corrosion agent; wherein the anti-corrosion agent is prepared from zero-valent copper with the content of 93.5 percent to 94.9 percent, tebuconazole with the content of 3.1 percent to 4.5 percent and water with the corresponding content; the base material subjected to preservative treatment is dried until the base material reaches the preset average water content; a corresponding transverse surface decoration structure is constructed according to a preset outer wall surface form; and wallboard coating is conducted on the transverse plane device structure through coating daub containing calcium powder and glue till a coating with the preset thickness is achieved. The environment-friendly CA anti-corrosion agent is adopted for deep anti-corrosion treatment, damage of insects and ants can be effectively prevented, damage of regenerated bacteria can be prevented, meanwhile, the method can adapt to various complex climates meeting the influence of external natural conditions, and the excellent effects of high weather resistance and high corrosion resistance are achieved.
本发明公开一种防渗漏的户外墙板及其生产工艺，所述工艺包括：采用CA防腐药剂对基材进行深度防腐处理；其中，防腐药剂包括含量为93.5％～94.9％的零价铜、含量为3.1％～4.5％的戊唑醇以及相应含量的水分；对经过防腐处理后的基材进行烘干处理，直至基材达到预设的平均含水量；根据预设的外墙面形态构造出相应的横面装饰结构；通过包含钙粉与胶水的涂装胶泥对横面装置结构进行墙板涂装，直至达到预设厚度的涂层。本发明通过采用环保型CA防腐药剂进行深度防腐处理，能够有效防止虫蚁侵害，并防止再生菌破坏，同时能够适应符合外界自然条件影响下的各种复杂气候，体现出优良的高耐候，高抗腐蚀的效果。
