A high-wear-resistance floor free of a UV transparent sheet and an aluminum oxide wear-resistant sheet sequentially comprises a base plate, a white paint layer, a pattern layer, a wear-resistant layer, a texture layer and a scratch-resistant layer from bottom to top. The manufacturing method of the high-wear-resistance floor comprises the steps that (1) firstly, a roller coater is used for evenly roller-coating white UV primer on the surface of the base plate, then a mercury lamp light source ultraviolet lamp is used for irradiation curing, and finally the white paint layer is manufactured; 2) printing a design drawing color on the surface of the white paint layer by using an ink-jet flatbed printer, and curing to obtain a pattern layer; 3) roller-coating the UV wear-resistant coating on the surface of the pattern layer by using a roller coater, then irradiating and curing by using a mercury lamp light source ultraviolet lamp, and finally preparing a wear-resistant layer; 4) printing a design drawing texture on the surface of the wear-resistant layer by using an ink-jet flatbed printer, and curing to obtain a texture layer; and (5) uniformly roller-coating the transparent UV finish paint on the surface of the substrate by using a roller coater, then irradiating and curing by using a mercury lamp light source ultraviolet lamp, and finally preparing the transparent scratch-resistant layer.
