The invention discloses a lifting type high-altitude platform for an iron tower body, and relates to the technical field of iron towers, the lifting type high-altitude platform comprises an annular base arranged on the outer side of the iron tower body, a vertically-arranged outer guardrail is fixed on the outer side of the annular base, and a vertically-arranged inner guardrail is fixed on the inner side of the annular base; tooth rows which are vertically arranged are fixed to the periphery of the iron tower body respectively, a driving device or a driven device which is located on the inner guardrail is further assembled at the corresponding position of each tooth row, the number of the driving devices is one, the number of the driven devices is three, and guide wheels capable of rotating are assembled on the upper portion and the lower portion of each driving device or driven device. The guide wheel is always limited in a guide groove formed in the outer side of the tower body of the iron tower, and a control unit is further arranged above the inner guardrail. According to the lifting platform, a maintainer can drive the platform to ascend and descend from the bottom of the iron tower, so that workers are prevented from climbing to the platform on the top of the tower, secondary protection is achieved during ascending and descending, and the operation safety can be improved.
