A truss type formwork supporting system for a steel structure cast-in-place floor slab comprises a main structure I-shaped steel beam, a supporting beam assembly and a mounting seat system, the mounting seat system comprises a plate body assembly located at the position of a wing plate of the main structure I-shaped steel beam, and the plate body assembly comprises a fixing plate I and a fixing plate II which are oppositely arranged; the suspender is arranged at the side end of a web of the main structure I-shaped steel beam and used for connecting the fixing plate I and the fixing plate II; the adjusting nuts are arranged at the joints of the fixing plate I and the suspender and the joints of the fixing plate II and the suspender; the abutting plate is arranged on the lifting rod and located at the side end of the main structure I-shaped steel beam wing plate; the joist is arranged on the suspender and used for installing the supporting beam assembly. By arranging the mounting seat system, the mounting seat system is suitable for the main body structure steel beam with the flange width larger than 200 mm, can also be mounted on the main body structure steel beam with the flange width smaller than or equal to 200 mm, is high in structural strength and good in stability, and has the advantages of being easy to mount, flexible in application and high in turnover utilization rate.
