The invention discloses a preparation method of an assembly type outer wall non-dismantling formwork, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: S1, splicing an appearance formwork with a designed size and shape, and building a reinforcing framework in the appearance formwork; s2, adding cement, river sand, EPS polystyrene foam particles, fly ash and a proper amount of water into a stirrer according to a proper weight ratio to prepare mixed slurry; s3, the mixed slurry prepared in S3 is poured into a formwork, the reinforcing framework is completely wrapped, and a reinforcing layer is formed; s4, calcium silicate boards are laid on the two sides of the reinforcing layer, rock wool boards continue to be laid on the outer sides of the calcium silicate boards, ceramic sheets are laid on the rock wool board on one side to form an inorganic decoration panel, cement base cloth is laid on the rock wool board on the other side to serve as a bottom face, and an outer wall formwork is formed through one-time compounding; and S5, the formed outer wall formwork is placed in a standard curing room for standard curing, and after shaping, the outer wall non-dismantling formwork is obtained.
